MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT SEPT 11, 2016 from Roland Rhoades
- Fuller Brush & Stanley Home Products is changing all the rules
Sept 30, drastically cutting what we are able to earn, and taking our
wholesale customers and distributors away from us, so not sure what the
future holds. Since 1992 when I first joined, I
have recruited, trained, motivated, and answered phone calls and emails
from thousands of distributors.
They have decided that ALL
distributors or wholesale customers, including the 1200 currently in my reports, are now theirs
directly and will no longer pay referral commissions for doing all the
work of finding them new distributors and providing training materials
like my training website that I built, at the time-expense of not having
as much time to retail myself. In fact, MY TEAM was the only ones
creating any advancements to Director or above since 1999. "Lotsa
Luck" to them finding the time to answer all the questions before
and after recruiting new distributors, especially with them also laying
off all the Kansas customer-service people.
They will be allowing us to
continue selling, but are also cutting the commissions that we earn on
sales. They say it is a matter of finances. I say they are short-sighted
and committing suicide. At age 65, I am hoping to limp along one
more year on just my personal sales until I can collect social security.
I would like to ask ALL
CUSTOMERS to please order what they can from me, or their independent
distributor, before September 30 when this all takes effect. In fact, I
am getting customers stocking up and even doubling their orders this
month when I explain. Thank you very much for your support.
Our online shopping carts will
also be shut down Oct 1-6 or so while they adjust our websites. |

recruiting and referral program, leaving only the ability to sell at
retail for a smaller commission. People are only able to join
directly with the company, as long as you don't expect to reach anybody
to ask questions of or place orders. Strictly online.

Some things are inherently political, and
that is the only reason I post this here. It affects Fuller
Brush business, as Fuller is economically pressured into
marketing some Made in China products. I will not actively
market those products. Look for the Made in USA label on
our websites and in stores. Thanks. - Roland Rhoades I want to say that Fuller Brush does
not understand TWO things. (or they DO, and they feel they are too
small to fight it.)
1. Made in China means they diverted jobs from the Americans
they are trying to sell to. If Americans don't have jobs, they
don't have money to buy products. I understand the Catch-22 that
Fuller is in, trying to stay competitive with the hundreds of
"big corporations" doing this. We need a Congress who also
understands this. I find the Republicans to be the worst in
upholding the "freedom" of corporations to do as they please and
not pay their fair share of taxes, but most Democrats certainly
don't deserve any awards either. It is hard to have backbone
against the corporations buying your campaigns.
2. What exactly does Made in the Peoples Republic of China
mean? What is bad is the human rights aspect, communist
or not. Dictatorships are both left and right wing, or sometimes
neither. There probably are some factories in China with fair
working conditions, but with the magnitude of abusers, how can
anyone tell the difference?
You all know about that 47% comment in the last election. Well,
the guy who recorded that did NOT record it for that reason;
that was just gravy. In his interview on The Ed Show, what got
his dander up and making him decide that the world needed to
hear this first hand, was Romney's such obvious pleasure with
the Chinese factory he was buying and touring, because of their
productivity measures. They hired only young girls under 25 who
were desperate for an income before they were able to marry.
They were "protected" by armed guards so they wouldn't get
distracted from their work; they were not allowed to stop work
to look up at visitors to the plant; and the factory was
surrounded by high fencing topped with barbed wire to prevent
them from escaping. Romney said the fencing was to keep other
people from breaking INTO the factory to work!!!!!, and I have a
bridge to sell you.
Until people worldwide care more about people than saving a
few dollars, the corporations will own you and the downward
spiral will accelerate. So.... vote with your pocketbook, but
also with your actual VOTE, after an analysis of every
candidate's position on corporate rights vs human rights. Vote
for Bernie Sanders supporters.

My wife, a 65-yr-old woman, Hillary's base, has always
wanted a woman for President, but she is open-minded enough to actually
listen to both what Hillary and Bernie are saying, and how they say it,
and switched to Bernie and voted absentee in the Maine caucus.
Bernie as an independent has consistently been opposed
to international trade agreements that enable corporations to move jobs
to China, whether it was Bill Clinton's NAFTA agreement that the
Republicans approved, or Obama's TPP
proposal that Hillary helped draft, but now says she's opposed to it
after Bernie called her out on it. If American workers don't have good jobs and pay, then
there is nobody to buy the products they want to sell.
I find, and so does the world press and leaders, that
the Republicans' hatred and vitriol are an embarrassment to the United
States on the world stage. I see Bernie and Berniecrats as the
positive future leadership of the Democratic Party, just as a new
negative philosophy took
over the Republican Party.
